Warning: when customer support gets bad, business follows the suit. The Russian Federal Security Service just ordered internet providers to block several internet addresses, including servers for the encrypted email service ProtonMail and some of the connections necessary to run the censorship-dodging browser Tor. This situation combined with worrisome reviews of other customers makes me reconsider a what was a great option. Lately it takes a lot of time for them to answer. I've been a customer for 3 years and was planning to upgrade to unlimited plans for both personal and business accounts. Customers support for paid users is very slow and not always professional. ![]()
